  • Cost depends on headcount and whether we photograph on-site or in studio. Most Chicago corporate sessions are quoted at a half-day or full-day rate covering setup, coaching, retouching, and individual galleries. Send us your team size and we'll return exact pricing the same day. Half Day Rates start at $2999

  • Yes. We photograph on-location throughout downtown Chicago and the suburbs. We bring the complete studio setup and need only a conference room or open area for a few hours.

  • Comfortably 30 to 40 people in a single day at about five to ten minutes each. Larger firms are scheduled across multiple days. We can also do high volume, quicker headshots for companies that need 100 people or more photographed with more limited posing options.

  • Yes — this is one of the most common requests from law firms. We review your current bio pages and replicate the lighting, background, and crop so new attorneys match the existing directory.

  • We send a simple what-to-wear guide to everyone before the session. In general: solid colors, well-fitted layers, and whatever your people would actually wear to meet an important client.

  • We're in Chicago regularly and can usually schedule within a few weeks. Rush and event-based sessions can often be arranged sooner.
